Terms of Service

1. The service

DesignSpark Studio provides a monthly design and frontend engineering subscription. Subscribers submit requests to a dedicated board; we deliver work sequentially within the turnaround times listed on the pricing page.

2. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance from the start date. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can pause, resume, change plan, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@designspark.studio.

3. Pause policy

A paused subscription preserves the unused portion of your billing cycle. Unused days roll forward and resume on re-activation. There is no limit on how long a subscription can stay paused.

4. Refunds

New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge if no work has been delivered. After delivery begins, payments for the current cycle are non-refundable; you may cancel renewal at any time.

5. Ownership and licence

On full payment for a deliverable, you own the final files we produce for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Scope

A "request" is a discrete design or development task. Tasks that involve materially different effort (multi-page sites, large rebrands, full mobile apps) are broken into milestones and shipped sequentially. Subscriptions do not include third-party costs (paid stock, fonts, plugins) or hosting fees.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit requests for unlawful content, hateful material, or work that infringes third-party intellectual property. We may decline or terminate service for repeated violations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignSpark Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after material changes constitutes acceptance.
