DesignSpark Studio ("we", "us") operates the website at designspark.studio and the associated subscription design service. You can reach us at hello@designspark.studio.

2. What we collect

When you submit our contact form or schedule a call, we collect your name, work email, plan interest, and the message you send. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and referrer.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate, anonymous traffic and Core Web Vitals. These services do not set cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

We use submitted contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and operate your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

4. Service providers

We rely on the following providers to deliver our service: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cal.com (call scheduling), and our email provider for support correspondence. Each is bound by its own privacy commitments.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@designspark.studio. If you are a resident of the EU/UK or California, your rights under GDPR or the CCPA apply.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Subscription records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
